Dear Friend,

We live in such a world where we are in this rat race against ourselves. We work to pay bills, to provide for our families, provide for the government, and always fighting to do better, and buy something more. What if we stopped and decided to do nothing for a moment,  go nowhere and focus on the inside? What would happen? I challenge you, yes you sweet friend to pause a few times in a day where you catch yourself stressed, feeling stuck, or you want to go go go! Just stop, take a deep breath and close your eyes. Pay attention to your breathing. Take a minute to tune in without trying to change anything and keep that focus and attention solely on your breath for another minute. When you are ready open your eyes and allow yourself to feel present. 

Sometimes just slowing and becoming aware can just help us through that moment.
